Plancich has already been burned by Bushing et al. with their frivolous lawsuit; common sense tells me that he wouldn't dare make such a comment to the press unless he was sure he could back it up. Needless to say, the fact that Bushing's mistakes go on and on -- combined with some very shady business practices -- make it clear that you'd have to be nuts to trust this guy with your money.
