Glen VUntil you get to the obscure types, type collecting isn't about having lots of money. Its just the opposite. You can pick up a run of common E90-E107 fairly cheap compared to trying to complete a set and paying for a Cy Young, Wagner, Cobb, W. Johnson, Joe Jackson, etc. I'll agree that completing a set is a major accomplishment, but the standard sets can be just a matter of money too. Shoot, a number of complete sets can be bought from Mastro for the right price. One problem with type collecting is that its never complete. But then again, most T206 collectors never get that Wagner either.
