Great information David.

I noticed yesterday that a place called Fillipi's (sp?) is going out of business in Capitol Hill and selling everything at 75% off. It was closed yesterday, but I looked in the window and the place is full of old books, records, photographs, and paintings. It's located on Pine and Fairview right next to I-5.
