Josh K.I have to agree with Josh on this one. Maybe its a lawyer thing, or just all the Joshes need to stick together. But, in my opinion, Discover has a vendor contract with the seller in which the seller is contractually obligated to accept the card for any charge presented. That contract is made by discover for the benefit of its card holders. The reason the seller doesnt want to accept the card is the fees charged by discover are obviously higher than he would like to pay - his solution is not to accept discover at all and not to add conditions to his acceptance of the card that he is not contractually permitted to do.
