With respect to confronting anyone with the "statistics" I have emailed Spence and Grad and then they refused to answer any questions and referred me to PSA's corporate legal counsel, Armen Vartian, who has since left PSA. Vartian also refused to answer any questions and told me to no longer contact him and referred me to Joe Orlando, PSA president. Numerous emails to Orlando wert sent and he dodged each and every direct question tyhat I asked of him. Finally threatening to sue me on the basis of harrassment.
