Good advice that a card may never "really" be guaranteed authentic even when graded by a reputable firm. I do disagree with the sentiment though that one can never guarantee a card is untampered with. ALL of my cards I sell I will guarantee will grade by SGC, PSA, or GAI ( don't trust GAI as much as I used to) and will gladly refund money if my card doesn't grade. Knock on wood I have never had that happen. Minus any mention of a card having alteration issues there is a general rule (some law I am sure) that a card is genuine and untampered with. One of you lawyers probably know the latin phrase for it. SO I do believe you are owed a refund and any reliable person/company should gladly make it right...and this seller most likely will too...good luck and let us know....regards
