I know my Phillies certainly aren't 2nd best. Actually if you included all the players who played for the Phils when they were washed up - then this Phils team could technically be 2nd best, but I think the spirit of the question should be listing players who played in their prime for the listed team. For example, Willie Mays really shouldn't be placed on an all time Mets team. So the Phillies aren't 2nd best - not yet anyway :)
