The pose itself has been used for other things, but the Exhibit card is not known to exist.

I may be mistaken, but I don't beleive there is a football Exhibit card of Nagurski either. Possibly there were contractural issues, as there are few other reasons why Exhibit wouldn't include him in the wrestling set. He was one of the most famous athletes at the time, football or wrestling.
