Jodi BirkholmJust keep in mind that it's not the fault of the show promoter that your signature faded. Even if the ball was signed in Sharpie and faded due to that reason. The standard industry policy is, "once you buy a signed ball, it no longer becomes the seller's headache. It's yours." Authenticity is of course an entirely different matter. Certainly one reason to love flat items even more. It was fine when they sold it to you, I assume? Either way, I do understand that you're unhappy over the poor communication. You have every right to be dissatisfied in that regard.
