Not to mention..
Who in the **** would sticker a ball like this? Who would deface an otherwise perfect ball with an ugly modern sticker? This type of piece is ALWAYS photographed, with the photo appearing on the LOA.
I think there is a good chance that the Global Cert originally applied to another piece and the sticker was switched to this ball. As for the family letter, I don't know...
