leonI don't offer refunds on ebay unless I make a material mistake. I truly believe that auction formats shouldn't have to have refunds. I do state it in my auctions so if someone isn't comfortable with the large scans or description then I guess I lose a potential customer. If I was selling completely retail I would probably offer a refund time frame..... So far I have never had an issue ( knock on wood ).....later
