Call the Pasadena cops and file a police report. Ask them to have an officer come with you to the residence. I had a police officer come with me to the residence I had a problem with and the guy totally caved. Gave me the card back. Just the presence of a police officer often will make them a little more willing to deal. Mail fraud charges are also a must.
