jay behrensglad to see you either did not read my post about park factor, etc, or just plain ignored and dismissed it. The worst thing you can do amongst a bunch of knowledgable baseball fans, especially with so many SABR members around, is to start making statiscal claims you cannot back up or use faulty analysis to make the comaprison.
If you are going to start making comaprisons across eras, then you better start taking into account park factor, normalized numbers, etc. Otherwise, all you are doing is blowing a bunch of smoke.
