For a change of pace, try picking up some of the wonderful baseball books on ebay I have listed. From the quintessential pre-war book, "The Glory of Their Times" to "The Iowa Baseball Confederacy" by W.P. Kinsella who wrote Shoeless Joe (Field of Dreams) and it's a 1st edition to boot, to darn good reads like Veracruz Blues to Shoeless Joe and Ragtime Baseball (find out what REALLY happened in 1919).
