Yank Sing (Mission and Spear, Stevenson) and Ton Kiang (Geary, between 22nd and 23rd). Dim (or deem) sum are those little pillows stuffed with crab, shrimp, pork, chicken etc.) plus great green vergitables, plus
tiny portions of roast duck, plus spring rolls and potstickers. Plus a great custard tart called don tah--made on premesis. Everything is very SMALL, so you can limit your spending to what you want to spend.

Yank Sing is more westernized--they serve coffee, and two great ice cream deserts (pistacho and mango) on a little pie crust, in addition to the don tah.
