Hi Pat,
El Principe's don't have staining problems because they were packaged with Cigarettes. Polar Bear is the only scrap tobacco brand that included T206's& T205's.
Several dealers believe that the Drum backs came from scrap pouches, but that is not the case. The Drum pouches that you see on Ebay, predate T206's, and became a cigarette brand after being aquired by American Tobacco. be well brian
