I say this with all due respect but I think you bought a $75 fake that was sold "AS IS"....I am no lawyer but I would think most courts of law would construe it to be just that, AS IS. I would at least ask for my money back but know that the oneness would fall on me. Now if this person claimed, in any way, that it was authentic or genuine, then that's a different story. You roll the dice (as you know) with those kinds of buys. I have a nice Lajoie Brunners that is fake as a 3 dollar bill....it was a $45 dollar lesson take care and best regards (btw, I know there are differing opinions but this is mine)
