DavidI don't like to be a grinch (if you don't beleive me, you should see how spoiled Henry is), and I have no knowledge of the grading proficiency, but it is my impression that Grade-Tech is in over their head as far as authentication goes. And, in theory at least, the grader is supposed to be the expert. Perhaps if they apply themselves, they will be compitent in a year-- but it appears to me that they are like a startup computer software company that hired 20 marketers but forgot to high someone with a computer science degree. I don't wish single them out for harsh treatment, because it is in my opinion that most graders are in over their head in this area. And even some of the things PSA & SGC do boggle my mind sometimes.
