John(z28jd)let it go dan,youre not gonna get the answer to the only question you want answered so for your own good dont ask anymore. If he doesnt want to tell you why he doesnt get it regraded then thats his business,everyone has asked him in different forms or one another and he hasnt answered so why keep asking him. Its his card,let him do what he wants,just let people you know who might be interested in the card that there are questions surrounding,whether they are unproven or not.
