jay berhenslet's continue with your eBay-law enforcement analogy...If I walk into my local law enforcement office and hand them detailed evidence that would stand up in any court of a crime, they do not tell me sorry, that's not enough, they will actually take the time to investigate and hand it off to the DA for prosecution. eBay on the other hand does nothing, even when handed overwhelming evidence. Hell, they didn't even have to use their software (if it really exists) or their manpower to uncover the fraud. Yet they still decided that there was no crime being committed. How do you think a DA would last if they responded like that?
