John WojakI just spoke to Judy who said that the catalogs were supposed to have been sent out bulk mail by the printer late last week, but they haven't gotten theirs yet either, so it should arrive in a day or two (hopefully). She already had my name on the mailing list even though I never contacted her before, and she confirmed that she probably had it because they have Lew Lipset's mailing list. So if you are on Lew's list you should get it.
