brian parkerI agree with what Frank has listed, and would go even further in claiming that around 25-30% of the catalogued pre-1930 sets have fewer (less than 50) of each individual card. An example would be the the bread series ('D' designation) cards. Almost all of them would fall in this category.
To add to Frank's point, besides the Zeenut cards with coupons, probably 15% of the nearly 4000 Zeenuts issued are available in quantities less than 50.
Some of my favorite tough type cards include the E300 Plow Boys, the Baseball Bats, the Orange Border set, and the D310 Pacific Coast Biscuits.
