Nothing for me in this auction, but I am quite pleased with the overall results of the cards I consigned, including a 1948 Topps Magic card of Ty Cobb, of which there were 2 such cards in this auction. I think that most savvy collectors agree that one should buy the card, and not the slab - i.e., a slightly-higher-graded card with poor eye appeal should sell for less than a slightly-lower-graded card with great eye appeal.
