+1. Only members with an id can see the BST areas. Sometimes, they are already banned. That means they contacted you outside of the system after they were caught.
IF you see a person has 50+ posts and/or they have been on here for years, they aren't a scammer. They, or anyone, can always do a bad deal but they aren't a new scammer/troll.
