I disagree with that 1998 certified autograph being from the "same era" as the OP's signed ball (which is authentic IMO). The ball was likely signed 10 years earlier than that card. Here is a Strawberry autograph I got in person in the early 90s handing it over the dugout in a bit of a rushed situation just before the game started.
