So, as to who manufactured yours… I have no idea. Regardless it’s a tremendous Reds pennant and a rare find!
Yeah...It's even got the Mitchell & Ness spine, but the body of the pennant looks 100% vintage and even has the funky top corner cut that we see from time to time.
