Not a card, but I think it counts as card-related. The complete 44 page book that tobacco smokers could pick their prizes from in jurisdictions where the ATC was allowed to use and honor coupons in their cigarette packs, covering the years of the card boom (which were by this time less legally restricted than in years prior). A baseball cost 50 tags, 100 for a higher quality Reach ball. Baseball gloves were between 75 and 150. For 600 you get a revolver, for 2,200 a lever rifle, for 3,000 (and terminal lung cancer) you could get a 'repeating' (pump action) shotgun. For only 35 tags the "latest and best" toothbrush. If you smoked 3,800 tags worth you could get a hand-carved mahogany table. 20,000 tags (okay, how is the buyer still alive at this point?) you could get a fancy 6 piece furniture set.

Hadn't seen one before, but then again I haven't looked for this item specifically before.
