That is a sheet border line. PSA probably wouldn't discount for it unless the card is highly off-center, but since it's on the front of the card, it *could* get a MC qualifier. So if the card was perfect otherwise, it would get a 9(MC) and count as a 7 for the registry, but probably sell between a PSA 6 and 7 price.
