There are sometimes some email and pm glitches but not too often. We have been working on the internal mail server so that could also cause an issue or two, though it really shouldn't. Lastly, you need to set up your sent mail box if you haven't. Otherwise you can't see the pm's you send. It is done in the user control panel (on the left of the screen).
