Haha I do admit though that if I shelled out the cash for one of these I would never even think about opening it.
BUT let's say for arguments sake that I somehow stumbled onto an unopened pack of 1952 Topps cards from any series. I don't think someone could stop me from opening it vs. putting it up for sale.
