Your inference is impacted by your lack of reading comprehension skills. All I said is that the great majority of victims in both the Mastro scandal and the present card alteration scandal were not damaged enough to bring an expensive litigation. This is a fairly obvious conclusion. As for bullying and calling names, I actually managed to ignore your prior 20 insults on the board until today.
