They have the residue from the stickers that were placed in middle. Also took these to National and had them checked out. They look like 4 card panels since the 54' bowman had the regular backs instead of advertising wording. Here are some examples with the stickers. They do come off. When I had them checked out at national 3 yrs ago they told me it is how they often authenticate them with residue.

You can also see sticker square pattern on back of mine. Usually you can find these cut apart...
