Thanks to those who have responded. I'll admit, I am not sold either way on this one (the loop in the A keeps catching my attention, and overall the flow just doesn't seem quite right, at least to my eye), which means I will probably just stay away from it if I am not 100% certain. It's part of a potential trade deal for a high end autograph, but the deal won't work without the Alexander. For those who were active in the autograph world in the early 1990's, the owner of the autographs said they originated from a dealer (or collector/dealer/authenticator?) named Richard Patton, out of California. And for the sake of comparison (and for fun), I am putting several Alexander autographs below that I found online and feel are authentic, and are signed on the same medium/ signature style for comparison.
