Just a note of reminder that REA's Spring Auction ends this Sunday, April 30. Initial bids must be placed by 12 PM EST on Sunday. We will be utilizing the same method of closing that we did in the fall where extended bidding begins at noon eastern and the entire auction remains open until no bids have been placed for 15 minutes. If the auction continues past 6 PM EST, we reserve the right to close it at anytime, but under no circumstance will the auction continue past midnight eastern. Last year's auction was over by 11:45 PM EST Sunday night. We recommend that you follow the
recent bids page to stay aware of the auction's activity throughout the night.

We will be in the office tomorrow from 10 AM to 5 PM EST and again on Sunday from 8 AM through the close of the auction if you need any assistance. You can also
