Hello Jim,

It is common to see the same pose re-issued. In some cases such as 1887 Type B cards and 1890 NL/PL cards, every pose is a re-issue. In some cases, a pose introduced in 1887 is re-issued in 1888, 1889, and 1890 (every year). This usually results in an easy pose to obtain (if you don't care which year of issue), but some variations will be tougher than others. For example, the 1890 and 1888 examples will almost always be tougher than the 1887 and 1889 examples.
