So of the ones you have pictured above the Williams is definitely from 1939 - 1946. There are two variations on this card, one where his back is to the camera called "number showing" and the one you have above "number not showing." Yours is by far the more common version. Generally speaking the cards are worth only a tiny fraction of what a regular issue card from that era would be worth, but at $15 for the lot you did fine.


I believe the Williams was produced into the 60s
