Not sure if I could add a definitive % but whatever the going rate for a common would be maybe $16-18 I've seen recently a PSA 2 on eBay sold for $150 or so. The seller did a poor job of listing it because he only listed it as a Piedmont 350-460 NEVER mentioned it was factory 42 otherwise I'd think it would have went for about $300.

So maybe you can do the math and that would be the percentage for a common with a PSA 2 grade. For a HOF player and Cobb to boot I'd imagine the % may be a bit higher.
