You are thinking about this wrong. The combination would be rare, but there are some combos where there are only 1 or 2 known.
There are less Ty Cobb tobacco backs than Lenox
There are less Wagner and Planks than there are Cobb red BG fronts.
It is the combo of the front and back that makes the Cobb Lenox rare, but that cross only matters to Master set or Master Cobb collectors. As well as Cobb back run collectors. Yet if someone just wants a Lenox they can find a different front. Or if someone wants a Cobb red they can just get a different back.
