To follow-up this thread, I thought I would ask for a scan of the back of the card...here's what I received and our ebay conversation:

It is professionally graded

So I followed up with:

Yes, thanks, I can tell it is SGC graded from the two photos. I was requesting a pic or scan of the back of the card (want to see condition of the back).

I don't know this seller from Adam, but in my opinion, he is very unhelpful, and I thought my original request was respectfully worded. At this point, I'd advise all just to stay away from this seller.... Wonder what his problem is? Have others dealt with this seller in the past and had positive purchasing experiences?
