There also appears to be a light crease or wrinkle running from Chase's left ear to the border.

I have never known SGC to downgrade a card due to it being smaller. I have had a card rejected outright for failing to meet minimum size, which is how they classify it (instead of trimmed or altered), but not downgraded. I collect m101-4s and 5s, which can vary in size, and have had them graded in a variety of sizes, all properly to my eye.

I once owned a CJ Barry that was graded SCG 60 that looked to me like a 84 nm. They pointed out that the card had a slight bend down near the bottom--not a wrinkle or anything that affected the paper--just a small distortion that might be noticed if you laid the card flat. They can be tough on these for sure.
