Adam - That Joe Sport Stamp, most likely, is from a similar newspaper publication as my Vander Meer sport stamp. Vandy was playing for Nashville only in 1936, and appeared in the Atlanta-Georgian newspaper publication with this sport stamp which looks just like your Chicago-American Joe sports stamp.
