I don't know if this is much help but you ball has a 1994 copyright date. The big "Curly", if it is supposed to be Curley Neal is not his signature and doesn't appear to even be spelled right. he has a very distinctive way of writing his first name. That is not to say it couldn't be another player. But you can use the 1994 date to start.
