This ball is supposedly signed by both 1960's Pirates and Yankees team. Trying to figure out the couple of signatures on this side of the panel. This is the East Panel.

4. "Best Wishes", probably from Frank Thomas since same pen color.

9. Whitey Ford (Yankees)
