Anyone ever heard of TCG grading company?

Maybe it is Topps card guarantee. Posted By: <b>edacra</b><p>I appreciate the honesty, at least. <br />You're bidding on the chance to take a gamble on getting them properly graded, without recourse if they turn out phoney. So might as well just assume them phoney.
