Posted By: Adam J. Baxter
Hi Todd,

I don't have any info for you, but I believe Frank Ward had one of these not too long ago. It was a red one with a catcher on it, not sure of the player. He may have some details for you.

Best,
Adam

Posted By: jay behrens
I've seen a Crawford and Collins that were in similar in style to this one. I have no clue what they are, how many are in the set or anything else about them. I've also seen player pennants that looked similar to BF2s except that didn't have photos, they had ink pictures like yours.

Jay

I've just reached Upper Lower Class. Posted By: leon
I bought the one from Frank but don't really know what it is exactly. I am told it's one of the earliest felts, I assume by the known players, and dates from the 1910's.....regards

edited to say....price range - $100-$200 imo...

Posted By: Todd Schultz
it isn't mine, sadly. way too much commotion this weekend for me to win it. Still, I'd like to know for next time, and since it looks legit, I'm in.

Posted By: jay behrens
possibly the earliest felt for a player, but far from the earliest felt pennants. The inking on 19c and turn of the century felts is just incredible. I'm curious how the picture for the Frank Chance New York pennant I saw at MAstro will look and if the phot can do it justice. This pennant looks absolutely incredible and the inking looks almost photgraphic on it.

Jay

I've just reached Upper Lower Class. I am now officially a babe magnet for poor chicks.
