Do sellers realize what a pain in the neck this is?

Posted By: warshawlaw
Just won a $10 item and have been asked to go through some kind of checkout process. Do sellers realize just how much of a nuisance it is to have to re-enter all of my info on these sites, esp. when the seller takes Paypal anyway and will get my shipping info with the Paypal notice? Not to mention the fact that I am not comfortable with these blind links to web site I've never heard of seeking information about me and even trying to link me directly to Paypal or take my credit card info?

Posted By: mikey
The one time I failed to complete checkout, the seller accepted my payment via paypal, then he did nothing. After a couple of weeks, I returned to the item page in ebay and realized that one of the high bidder's requirements was to complete checkout. After I completed checkout, the items appeared in the mail a few days later.
