Posted By: <b>Keith O'Leary</b><p><P>Phil,</P><P>Hes wearing his championship fob and to me, looks very young. I'm thinking the photo was taken shortly after the 1906 season ended. The shot was taken by Charles Walinger, Chicago who also took portraits of a president or two during his career I later found out. Walinger signed the portrait in the lower right hand corner in what looks like oil pencil to me. It looks like "06" underneath his signature, but I can't be positive.</P><P><IMG id=fullSizedImage alt="studio_env.jpg picture by vwtdi55" src="http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f92/vwtdi55/walsh_photo/studio_env.jpg?t=1214240530"></P><P><IMG id=fullSizedImage alt="medal.jpg picture by vwtdi55" src="http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f92/vwtdi55/walsh_photo/medal.jpg?t=1214240588"></P><P><IMG id=fullSizedImage alt="walsh2.jpg picture by vwtdi55" src="http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f92/vwtdi55/walsh_photo/walsh2.jpg?t=1214240857"></P>
