Posted By: Tom Boblitt
one of a kind NEVER seen before a while back sold for 90K+ to an advanced Northeast collector I think. I don't EVER remember seeing one for sale since I've been monitoring the big catalogs. Jay Miller was offering to buy them in the $4K range in VCBC for quite a while. I think that offer has now gone WELL into the five digit range. Maybe he could post a picture or two for us...........or Lemke.............

Posted By: Jay Miller
I have never seen a California League Old Judge featured as an individual lot in a public auction. However, I would guess that a decent condition card would sell for about $50,000 with even a well worn copy commanding a solid five figure price.
Speaking of Old Judge, has anyone gotten their cards from last weeks Ebay auction?
Also, has everyone seen the nice selection in Barry Sloate's Auction which ends next Thursday?

Posted By: Albie O'Hanian
I have put my opening bid in for a few of the old judge cards that were listed and a few others in the Sloate auction. I really liked the selection and the variety of Hall of Famers available. Hopefully, this time, I might actually win one, but I doubt it.
