I was just listing this 1932 US Caramel Eddie Collins and read the back. According to the bio he was playing for the Athletics and part owner of the Red Sox.

Am I missing something or is this Possible?

I love reading bios on cards especially T202s

The card should have indicated "Former Second Baseman", as it was issued in 1932 and Eddie's last year as a player was 1930.

Also just noticed that the bio write-up indicates in past tense "Was considered the fastest fielding..."

Brian (I promise to stop staring at Eddie's backside)

Right, it's a tribute card. Like the Cobb.

Great set but they missed some major current players like Hubbell and Ott.
