Ticket Question for Scott Garner or anyone else who might know
 

I often see old tickets from the '20's, '30's, 40's and 50's that are just a Grandstand ticket.

No section or seat number.

Was Grandstand another term for Standing Room Only......or did these "Grandstand" areas have seating.......and a Grandstand ticket got you into the stadium and into this Grandstand area where maybe it first come first serve seating?

Festival seating. No reserved seating. Grandstand seating.

Sit where you want, first come, first served.

Yup, grandstand seating at Briggs, Tiger Stadium. A little cheaper. Not reserved.
